The Aspen trees, as a collective Grove, have a tremendous healing ability through sound. When the wind blows through the aspen grove, it is said you may hear the sound of angels calling.
Visualise yourself entering the Aspen Grove, moving to the centre, and finding a small, clear space for which to comfortably sit and meditate. Ask your questions to the spirit whilst you are inside the aspen grove meditating.
