1. Elder Flower Tea
The elder tree is one of the sacred Ogham trees and has been used in healing for thousands of years. Elderflower tea has anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-allergen, and used to ease colds and flu with remarkable outcomes. 2. Bottlebrush Flower Tea
Indigenous people of Australia used the bottle brush flowers as a natural energy drink, ingeniously taking full advantage of their natural surroundings. Soaking the flowers in water essentially making tea and drinking all the sweet natural goodness. Stimulating energy and vitality and able to soothe sore tired muscles. 3. Feverfew Tea
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 Tbsp. fresh or dried feverfew leaves and steep for 30 – 60 minutes. The longer you let it steep, the stronger the feverfew medicinal tea. Allow yourself to be guided by your body’s wisdom in how long to steep it.
It is a very bitter tea, but I would prefer it over a migraine. While bitter flavours are not that popular in our modern culture, bitters are actually a tonic that boosts and stimulates the body as a whole.
4. Marjoram Tea
Marjoram tea recipe. Add two teaspoons of Marjoram to a cup of 7 ounces of cold water. Let it soak for 24 hours and add honey to it. An even stronger tea may be made by adding 6 teaspoons Marjoram to 7 ounces of water. It has a calming, anti-depressive effect.
5. Lemon Balm Tea
Lemon Balm tea is considered one of the top five medicinal herbs for sleep problems and has been used as a sedative and anti-anxiety herb for centuries. Lemon Balm along with valerian, it’s often referred to as “herbal valium”. Lemon balm is an antiviral, an astringent, and antispasmodic. It is also high in antioxidants (flavonoids).
6. Mugwort Tea
Mugwort tea is especially beneficial for relaxing the uterus and aiding with late periods. A bath made with mugwort has amazing therapeutic benefits relieving rheumatism, aching limbs and tired muscles.

7. Holy Basil Tea
Holy basil has numerous beneficial properties including adaptogenic (anti-stress), antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory. It can also boost memory, reduce fever, soothe a cough, relieve anxiety, and balance emotional health and clear acne.
